HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!

Here are a bunch of trick or treaters that come to my house every year. Aren't they cute?

It's that time of year again...the last day of October where spooks, goblins, witches and whatnot come out to scare us "humans." So all of you that handout treats to the treaters, make sure before you open your doors that they are not the trickers instead. So enjoy this "Spooky" holiday that they call "Halloween." But keep your eye out the Hobgoblins!

More Faces of Fall in October

This is the creek that runs down on a flat behind my parents house. We have this sloping pasture that cows use to feed on and now it is overgrown but it leads its way down to the flat where the creek and woods are. It is very beautiful thru all seasons.
My son, Brian, caught this photo from the camera...moving water from the creek.

Catching the beautiful Fall colors thru his lens.

And this is another angle from the lens of the "above" photo.

View down on the flat...in and around the woods. An old fallen part of a tree..an old log with
moss upon it.

More Beautiful Pictures in the Country

Well that is me coming up around the corner from my folks house. I was in search of my son and his girlfriend and guess what??? They found me and he took a photo of me. :o)
Well this is looking back down toward that corner where I came up around and yep..only 30 mph, but I think I would go slower, you don't know what you could come upon in that bend of the road???

Ah, there is that "tree" again...except you can see a bit more how odd it looks..My son, Brian, took the photo and changed the color of it.

Here is a closer picture of those beautiful horses that you saw in my other blog. My son took this one as well. They are just so beautiful to look at.
I want to "Thank" my son for taking these photos and I have more that he and his girlfriend, Katie, took. I will gradually introduce some more of his photos that he took with my new camera. Yep, I got a nice new digital "Canon." But enjoy the beauty of these photos and the countryside of Central New York. My folks live 40 minutes northeast of Binghamton, NY.

Country Views During October

A beautiful view which use to be my Aunt and Uncle's farm...The Russ Farm. Of course, they are retired now and someone else has bought the Russ Farm. But this farm was in the Russ Family for many generations.
This is located just up the road and around a bend from my folks house. It is land that they had once owned but has since been sold a long time ago. The new owners live up the road from where these horses are and these are their horses. They are really beautiful. Looks like they are enjoying Fall as well.

This is a beautiful view at any time of the year. It is taken from my sister's house. And down in the valley is the small village of Mt. Upton. I went to school in that small village.

A beautiful view from my parents lawn looking toward the north toward the Odell Farm.

This is an odd looking tree...look at the front/side views of it.
